A smile on one’s face is a reflection of one’s inner thoughts and feelings at the time. It bursts out in expression for all to see.
Seldom does a smile appear without a memory being attached, if not beforehand, then certainly after the smile appears.
Memories of words spoken or deeds done are strong causes for the face to break out into a smile.
Individuals see the face light up in smile and wonder why. The smile then provides an opportunity for community when the cause is shared.
Laughter sometimes accompanies a smile, but often it’s just an expression of joy and contentment at the word or deed or memory.
Eternity will be resplendent with smiles, I believe. When God says to His children, “Enter into the joys of My Kingdom,” I know there will be smiles, on His face and ours.
